Check in took forever after a long flight. By the time we checked in the restaurant was closed and there was nothing to eat that was available except an emptied and busy emart. Realized the room service was still open for 10 minutes and called like 10 times and no answer. I called the front desk several times before finally getting a hold of someone who then contacted the person managing room service with a couple minutes to spare. The next day, the hotel hosted an event in the morning so food again was unavailable. Definitely was unhappy with the overall experience after a tiring flight. I probably would not stay here again.
