The staff were unhelpful and rude, the hotel does not offer firm pillows - you are given 4 incredibly poor quality support pillows and there is no tv in the room so downtime will be very limited. Overall not what I expected from a 4 star rating hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay. This was a great hotel for our family trip to Seoul. The hotel has so much to offer. The room was spacious and our family of four was comfortable and didn’t feel like we were in each other's space constantly. The only negative was that it was unseasonably warm in Seoul this weekend and the heating/AC system was still configured for the winter so the room got a bit toasty at times. We would highly recommended this hotel and can’t wait to stay again.
