We stayed in room 109. The room was showing its age. Bathroom mirror had toothpaste spots, wasn’t wiped. Shower glass had spots. Bottom of the shower glass was dirty, not sure if it was mould. Room was swept, but not very clean. Over all cleanliness could have been better. Things were falling apart in the room. Staff needs training in politeness. My wife was scolded because the key card wasn’t opening the door, it expired after a day of stay. Had to renew the keycard. Not sure why it should expire when we booked for 2 nights. Hotel needs a bit of work.
