We paid for a room with a king size bed but they gave us a room with a queen size bed!!! I have a kid and toddler so didn't have any other option to choose. I found them very untrustable and don't recommend them at all. If you have to, never pay them in front. Particularly the fact that expedia couldn't do that much if you'r rubbed.

Reception service was excellent! Yasin was welcomed and friendly, check in was quick and optimal! Rooms are cold in this hotel, no heating, but it's normal for Turkey . There are only air-conditions in the rooms. The breakfast is poor, and there was little choice. In real 3 star hotel, not 4

We booked two identical rooms. The sink and the shower in one of the rooms were not functioning correctly, so we had to use the other room. Both rooms felt very hot, even with working AC. It looked like even the small fridge added to the high room temperature. Unpleasant smell in the restrooms of both rooms. The breakfast was "standard," without any buffet options. That's very thrifty considering the price and compared even to smaller family-run Turkish hotels.

Bu otelde de yaklaşık 8 ay önce de kalmıştım bu sebeple tekrar tercih ettim ancak bu konaklamamda otel hijyen olarak oldukça kötü durumdaydı. Twin oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen verilmedi. Oda oldukça küçüktü ve klima yoğun bir toz ve gürültü yaydığı için tüm geceyi uyumadan geçirdik. Lobi alanında yer alan kapalı terasta puro içiliyordu ve lobide inanılmaz puro kokusu vardı. Misafirlerin bazılarına çay kahve servisi yapılırken sipariş verdiğimde self servis olduğu söylenildi. Havalimanına yakın oluşundan kaynaklı tercih sebebimdi ancak alternatif oteller bakmak daha iyi bir fikir. Bütçe olarak uygun olması otelin gerekli hijyen ve hizmet kalitesinden ödün verdiği anlamına gelmemeli üstelik bir zincir markayı temsil ediyorken.
