This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. From arriving and being welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful staff, to enjoying all of the activities and restaurants that the resort has to offer, this is an absolute gem of a location. Fantastic picturesque location away from the main strip. If you want a remote island feel location then this is ideal. However only disadvantage was the evening food options. I Didn’t feel it catered well for westerners and even the eastern options were poor. Buffet breakfast was great though. Another disadvantage was that you had to pay to use kayaks/paddle boards, whereas most 5star hotels these are free to use. Even though I struggled with the food the location and scenery is worth it and I will definitely be returning.

It's a lovely resort, with comfortable well equipped bungalows, nice food at the restaurants, with plenty of choice and some nice pools and other facilities - but you'll have to be up early, if you want to sit by the pool, as towels go out, all over the loungers at or before breakfast time and there are not enough to go around!

Expensive!!! The only way to get there is by boat!! They charge 300 per person each way. We think that should be included. It’s a big resort. Our room was way at the back but close to the village road. The buffet is $30 US per person and drinks are around $10 each. The village in behind is much more reasonable and we ate at the Pad Thai restaurant and it was excellent!! The beach is quite nice and the pools are clean. Maya beach is only a look at beach no swimming. And you pay 400 Baht each to see it on top of the boat price. This is not the hotel’s problem but a waste of time unless you just want an expensive picture.

This property has amazing views. This is an excellent vacation location for anyone looking to relax and just enjoy the scenery. There are wonderful island excursions for snorkeling and sight seeing. The Lens Forest Spa is an excellent place for a massage. This hotel doesn’t have service by car and don’t is perfect for those looking for a remote vacation.

Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here. The pools were great as well especially the fun pool. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was amazing each morning with so many great options to choose from. Our villa was literally brand new and so clean and modern. AC worked great which is a must during the heat experienced here. If you’re thinking of visiting Phi Phi and want to stay on the island for a few nights this is the place to go for sure! Can’t say enough good things about this place as it was truly magical. If I ever get the chance to return I will most definitely stay here again!

After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here however, we loved everything about this property once we experienced it for ourselves. The service was impeccable! While there are a few minor things I think that needs a small facelift, it was a beautiful property overall. It’s totally worth splurging on the beachfront bungalows.

Was a family trip. Phi Phi Don is a beautiful island. The village resort is great snd perfect for families with children/toddlers. Resort can be a bit boring for young ones. Behind the resort lays a small village to explore and arrange further daily trips around, should not be missed; especially Nui Bay and Bamboo Island.

Incredible Hotel based near a small village that serves the hotels guests that can be bothered to walk and experience a modicom of Thai reality...grest little bars and restaurants. Hotel itself double the price it should really cost to get from mainland to Phi Phi...guess that's the norm if you don't know Thailand. Great breakfast choices. Rooms were lovely, fancied a bath though. Venture furthur round bay by road for a more realistic hotel experience.
