The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt well cared for and to make our stay extra special whenever they could. The perks included with the room, like butler service, airport transfer, local car service, breakfast and afternoon tea were incredible. The room was beautifully reset each down and turndown service meant we always came back to the villa with mood lighting. The on site spa and restaurant were also wonderful. Extremely good services. Staff are all polite, helpful, considerate and nice. Especially thanks to our butler Prima. He was so helpful to solve my big problem. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It would be much better if the lighting is brighter. If there is play zone for kids, it would be even more kids-friendly, but the resort is still suitable for family with kids (as I brought along with my 1.5 year old girl).

Great spacious rooms w/ trees & flowers in the villa, good breakfast, jamu session, close to Jimbaran beach. Rooms are very spacious - so much so that sometimes not always clean (although the rooms are cleaned twice a day) as there are tons of birds and animals(cats & bees) that coexist in the villa. Complimentary driver service was a plus at first, before we discovered Grab app.

Loved our stay. Our Villa was the right at the back and was so peaceful and quiet. Staff were always available to deal with any needs. They had prepared our personal food menu to meet our Hindu vegetarian food which contained no meat and fish. If you have a family with kids and want privacy, this location is perfect. This property is truly outstanding and very unique. The private pool is very large, super romantic, and a wonderful temperature. I travel all over the world and found this natural setting with two outdoor bathrooms to be so peaceful and relaxing that I have already rebooked and recommended to friends. The staff was exceptional and served breakfast in the room daily. I also ordered a private candlelight dinner for the room for my partner’s first night arrival which was very romantic. I stayed the first two nights alone and felt very safe and welcome. Had a massage and facial which was fabulous. I was so relaxed before taking the short walk to the beach every night for a beautiful sunset. My stay was the perfect postcard trip to Bali that had been a bucket list must do for years. If you are traveling all the way from the US like I did you must stay in a private villa and not a hotel to get the true Bali experience. This estate has 16 private villas and is one of the closest to the international airport. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.
