Beem there once and was disapointed
Check-in went smoothly and receptionist was very competent. However we wanted to use the SPA and it was not possible as all the time slots were taken. Additionally, the restaurant was closed.
We booked this Hotel as we wanted to use the SPA and enjoy a romantic evening.
It was not mentioned on any page during the booking process that Hotel Guest needed to book a slot for the SPA and we were not informed
that the restaurant was closed.
Furthemore it was annoying that I had to proove it to two people at the reception by showing my booking-confirmation as they clearly were not in favour of the customer and wanted to put the blame on me and the unability of adding all information on the booking page.
As a plus, the breakfast is good, not epic selection but a solid variation of goods to choose from.
