The Royal Lion Hotel
"This is a very old property and so of course it does look a little tired in places and the wifi is not so great but they were the only negatives. The hotel is in a fantastic place right in the middle of the High St and it has a car park which is a godsend. The food menu in the bar is excellent for lunches and dinner. Definitely add the breakfast as there is so much choice from cooked oprions to pastries, cereals and fruit and all of the the food was delicious. The staff were so lovely and couldn't help enough. Dawn the manager even let me use the hotel phone when I was having trouble ringing out. I would definitely recommend this place and the bed was incredibly comfortable!"
Best Western Plus Centurion Hotel
"Nice hotel - friendly helpful receptionist. Great bar and really good breakfast."

Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool within the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you're more likely to see the best options available. You'll be promptly informed if prices drop or rooms become available, making it easier to book that spontaneous getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so having some flexibility with your travel dates could help you find a more affordable stay in a Yeovil hotel. For those seeking something a bit different, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher end, we can suggest alternative dates that might be more budget-friendly, potentially helping you find a better deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be pricier, but with Yeovil's superb public transport connections, you may discover that a more affordable independent hotel located further afield is still conveniently accessible. For those keen to explore alternative, less populated neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found.
