The Hotel Staff and Hotel Manager were very professional and above and beyond friendly. We had some issues with two of our rooms, the Manager quickly resolved the issues. In my opinion top 3 best ever Manager and staff I've ever delt with. Price was right on point. The building is newly renovated we also enjoyed the rooftop.

My stay was okay. I was in the area on business, so the location was excellent. Everything I needed was nearby. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like that there was no lobby. So I didn’t feel very welcome. I was not told about the cleaning fee at check in. I put aside a tip everyday for cleaning service only be told at checkout that I must pay for the cleaning of the room. I was told that the services offered here are similar to an Airbnb. Oh ok I didn’t know that. I generally don’t stay at an Airbnb , only hotels. I will be sure and inquire more closely before I book the next hotel. I don’t like paying a cleaning fee. Especially since I had to deal with an offensive odor during my stay. Thank you.

El hotel tiene una ubicación envidiable pero si tiene oportunidades de mejora ya que su precio lo señalan por qué si cobrarán menos yo diría que sería bueno. Por su precio la exigencia es más, el hotel estaba en remodelación eso no lo tomo en cuenta el precio , tenía alimentos limitados y tuve que salir del hotel, la habitación no tenía el bote de basura limpio, yo paso 200 noches en hoteles y una razón que me decepciona es la TV , tener una TV de 32 pulgadas con bloqueos se me hace algo de hace 20 años para el precio que cobran. Insisto su ubicación es muy buena pero se ha quedado corto para transmitir algo más que una experiencia aceptable

En general muy buen hospedaje, aunque dice que tiene estacionamiento y no es verdad se debe reservar con anterioridad o dejarlo en la calle. Departamentos muy completos y para estadias cortas eata en muy buena ubicación con varios restaurantes cerca.
