Perfect place to start trip around Kyoto area.
The place was so clean and well organized for tourists. The hotel seems renovated recently so I can feel the brand new smell. The staff were very kind and well trained to take care their guests. And it is located very close to the Kyoto station from where our family can start daily trip to near spots without any stop. Even we can come back to the Kansai International Airport after finishing my lovely Kyoto trip.

1. Some reception are nice but some are not. I stay few nights and user up the lotion provided, a reception just give me one for remaining nights. 2. The laundry room always has long queue and the male laundry room is smelly 3. The estimated time of dryer by hotel is incorrect, it takes more than 2hours to compete. 3. Not sure they are onsen or just normal water public spa.

フロントや各フロア廊下も綺麗で、ホテルマンの方々も本当に親切丁寧に対応して頂きました。 バースデーケーキをフロントで預かってもらった（冷蔵）のですが、受取りの際にお皿とナイフとフォークまでサービスで付けて頂き心遣いが最高でした。 少しだけ残念たったのが、大浴場での外国人客が風呂マナー違反の方が多く、そのあたりをホテルスタッフな方からこまめに是正して貰えたら嬉しいです。 とりあえず、また京都に来たらここに泊まりたいです！ 素晴らしい時間と空間をありがとうございました
