We had booked an executive 1 bedroom suite overlooking the Mekong. Before arrival i had emailed the hotel that we wanted an extra bed but didn't get a response. I called the hotel but the lady who answered was pretty clueless. Check in was quick. We reminded them about the bed which was set up 2 hrs later. The suite was spacious and clean. The attractions are located within walking distance of the hotel which was nice. Tuk tuks are easy to come by. Breakfast buffet was good. We had access to...
