If I could give 0 stars I would - regret booking it! Worst hotel I have ever been to and I have travelled to over 20 countries
Should not be even listed on your website - an apparent hotel with no one responding for over 48 hours when reported that there is no hot water! Still have not got a response! When they respond it is only with arrogant messages saying Iām the one violating rules after telling them twice about the water - not a single apology and no hot water until we left. Such arrogance when an issue so basic as hot water is required!!! when I mentioned that I do not generally give bad reviews but no hot water and having to ask twice (with no responses) is a bit too much she responded as follows:
This is blackmail and extortion, and it violates the rules, and we do not accept it.
There will be no refunds. You can also post a review, and we'll highlight it
Such a response with no apology and sense of entitlement was extremely disturbing
In addition, when we came we got to a place with no signs and with no instructions to get in even after booking a taxi through them - we had to wait in the rain after the 24 hour flight to get instructions on how to get in and they took ages to respond .
Please do not stay here as you can see there are no verified reviews which should have been a warning sign
I will be sending all screenshots of her messages to hotels.com and request they be removed from their listing - I have booked hotels for over 20 years
