We really enjoyed our stay. All the employees were so friendly, from check in to check out, they were so polite. The room was so spacious, very tidy and had everything we wanted. We couldnt ask for more. The location was great also, very close to a number of locations and Namba station was just around the corner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were exceptional; very friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Family Room, which was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for our young family during our stay. The area is on a quiet street, close to a 7/11 and around 15 minutes walk to Dotonbori. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka.
