This was our second hotel in Taormina and it blew our first one away for the same price. The room was well designed and contemporary, and the amenities were first rate. There was a large terrace off the Lobby with a bar and amazing views over the water, another one floor down for breakfast, and another two floors down with a good size infinity edge pool. All of this combined with the central location make this hotel an excellent choice.

The room we had was spacious and our balcony overlooked the Ionian Sea. The bathroom was a great size and updated to new standards. The staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly. Metropole is the best hotel in Taormina both when it comes to location and it has the best view at Breakfast and when you swim in the pool. Service is excellent and both food and drinks are amazing.
