We enjoyed our stay but a few things to note. Check in took a while as we couldn’t buzz in through either door or call the owner, we waited for other residents to let us in. Once you’ve got the keys, access is much easier. The room and bathroom were clean and neat, we also had a small balcony. The are a few uneven / oddly placed steps in the bathroom and into the room. The shower worked but wasn’t very well maintained.

The property is fine and well located. Main problem is that they should have send more information regarding on how to enter the property, and they didn’t. It took us 2 hours to get all the info to get in. So we were solving this problem standing in the street under 40C temperature. I do not recommend!

When you walk into the property it does look okay at first. However, the clothes rack was extremely dusty so we couldn’t hang any of our clothes up, we didn’t have any soap to wash our hands which is basic hygiene so we needed to go buy our own at the shop, there was rubbish in the bin when we got there, marks all over the wall etc. As the apartment is split into 4 flats, it’s extremely noisy when people are going in and out constantly.

No lo recomiendo por que no hay ayuda de nadie. Mala comunicación con el staff. El checking de lo peor. Es un edificio de condominios y los vecinos tienen muchas quejas del hospedaje, porque llegan muchos turistas a hospedarse y se pierden al no encontrar el nombre del hotel. En el booking aparece un nombre y en el timbre del edificio tiene otro nombre (imposible de conseguir). La ducha lanzaba el agua para todos lados menos para abajo. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba. No lo recomiendo.

El check in fue traumatico. Todo fue via WhatsApp y al llegar no había nadie y nunca apareció nadie del staff y sin datos para comunicarnos con ellos. Otras personas residentes del edificio nos auxiliaron porque a la entrada del edificio no hay identification del hospedaje ni area de recepcion. Los vecinos comentaron que siempre llegaban huespedes que no encontraban a nadie del staff. No lo recomiendo.

Camera bella e struttura in ottima posizione, ho trovato personalmente intollerabile la gestione della reception virtuale , anche se l'assistenza mi è stata di supporto, ma non ripeterò mai più un sistema di prenotazione simile, lo trovo decisamente macchinoso e stressante, preferisco assolutamente la prenotazione gestita dal personale fisico.

No me gustó que dan las indicaciones de entrada en el último instante ya cerca del check inn y lo peor por vía Mail que no llego. Tuve que hacer todo por whats app La entrada de la calle al área condominal y la entrada al edificio no pude abrirlas aún con las indicaciones enviadas tuve suerte que salió una persona en ambas entradas Por lo demás todo excelente

部屋は綺麗でしたが，シャワー室からかなり水漏れがあり，床拭きが大変でした．トイレットペーパーのフォルダがなく不便でした．電気ポットがないのに何故かインスタントのコヒーや紅茶がおいてあります．トラムが目の前を走っているので，騒音が気になる人には向いていません．

Ikke helt som forventet, men fint nok ophold

Stedet ligger i et rigtig fint nabolag og var nemt at finde, både selve bygningen og lejligheden. Dog var oplevelsen desværre lidt præget af dårlig kommunikation – vi fik først information om check-in få timer før ankomst, selvom det blev oplyst, at vi ville modtage oplysningerne 48 timer i forvejen. Det skabte en del unødig stress. Lejligheden lever ikke helt op til billederne – den fremstår mere luksuriøs online, end den er i virkeligheden. Den er også meget lydt, og man kan høre alt fra gangen og nabolejlighederne, hvilket trækker ned i oplevelsen. Overordnet var det et fint ophold, men der er klart plads til forbedring i både kommunikation og lydisolering.
