The best and most accommodating staff that treat you like family.(family usually does not even treat you this well) We had a wonderful stay at the Meliá in Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make our trip special. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the breakfast each morning was excellent with plenty of options. The location made it easy to get around the city, and after long days exploring, it was great to come back to such a relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for the warm hospitality—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

After traveling to many countries over the past 35 years, we can confidently say that the service at ME Lisbon is among the best we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized. We were greeted at the airport by the hotel’s guest services team, which made the arrival smooth and comfortable. At the hotel, the welcome was warm and professional, without feeling overdone. Our Garden Suite was beautiful and tastefully designed and very comfortable. What stood out in particular was the thoughtful attention given to my wife, who is pregnant. Small but meaningful touches, such as fresh juices in the room and a pregnancy pillow, made our stay noticeably more comfortable. Overall, the service was consistently attentive and well balanced. Nothing felt forced, but everything was taken care of. A very solid five-star experience, and a hotel we would gladly recommend.
