"Communication with the staff was great starting with the booking and until departure. We only spent a night and parked there, they greeted us diligently and showed us to the parking. Very easy to find the property, just a very narrow turn to get to it, so be aware, you will have a hard time if you bring an SUV or even a larger sedan. The property is a lovely typical Andalusian home/building, our room was on a 1st floor and there is an elevator. It is a good highlight they are pet-friendly with a charge. The room was a bit small but yet manageable, the bed and bedding were SUPER comfortable, it faced a street that although not busy, you will always hear some outside noise, mainly people walking/partying, but it wasn't excessive and we slept just fine. It also helps the rooms share an extra internal glass door to block noise from inside. The terrace is a neatly conditioned area, with views of adjacent terraces, the place has plenty of sitting to enjoy evening drinks, or any meal throughout the day. They have a bar and kitchen but we did not have time to try any of this. The staff is courteous, diligent and super welcoming. The location is perfecto to access anything Cadiz has to offer. We would stay there again if in the area in a heartbeat, super nice and welcoming place and staff."

"Très bon emplacement, trèw bon service à l'hotel et au parking proche. Une bonne chambre et bon lit. Un peu de bruit du resto au Rea de chaussé. Parcontre leur resto en bas je ne recommende pas. J'ai demandé un toast avec 1 oeuf cuit durea ils m'ont billé 15 Euro! La qualité et le rapport qualité / prix ne sont vraiment pas bon."

"Ideally located in the old town. 15 minute walk from the train station. A beautiful hotel with loads of history. All staff are brilliant, from reception, to hospitality (shout out to Brian) and housekeeping. Breakfast was amazing, you won’t go hungry. Bedrooms are spacious and well maintained. There’s also a minibar and a steamer for your clothes. Toiletries included, which were lovely, (and hairdryer). There is a lounge, where you can make a tea or coffee. Plenty of places to try tapas. We had 7 nights, in hindsight I think 4 nights max would cover it. Cadiz is a great walking city. Would recommend the hop on/off bus too. You get to see the new town near Victoria beach. In my opinion the old town is best."

"The big downside to this property was communication. I tried to contact the property but the only telephone number belonged to a place in Seville, Spain who never heard of this property. I called Hotels.com for assistance. After over 1 hour on the phone they could NOT contact the property either. The front desk of the property is only manned from 9 AM to 2 PM. This is extremely inconvenient. They require a very lengthy online process for checking in which did not work for us. We were forced to leave our previous destination early so that we could arrive before 2 PM. Otherwise we would not have had a means of getting in. Other than this extreme inconvenience the property was outstanding. For me being able to communicate with a property when I am on the run travelling is so very important. Certainly preferably more than 5 hours of the day."
