This has been our second stay in the property and it doesn't disappoint in terms of the room and staff. Staff: Excellent, they were friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to Yuki Tang (revenue manager), Daisy and Cindy (front desk) and Wang Wang (housekeeping). Wang Wang was especially enthusiastic into making sure that we have everything we need in the rooms, and Yuki has always been there from the get-go to assist us in arranging transfers. Rooms: Very spacious and spotlessly clean, and has everything you might need. The walls/windows could use better soundproofing, as I can hear the neighbors if they're talking very loudly and when there are KTV sessions at the bar nearby. Location: Very good. Plenty of restaurants around and some shops. Only downside again are the KTVs which can be quite loud especially on weekend nights, but for the price, can't be beat. Breakfast: Breakfast was adequate albeit a bit repetitive at times, the staff and the chef were nice. So it was fine.
