Heater didn’t work, tv didn’t turn on, bathroom was a mess, curtains torn…honestly the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in…nothing like the picture, had a little skinny blanket in addition to no heater

I found multiple bugs in my room. Many mysterious stains on the wall, the floor, ON THE BED! This was an absolutely terrifying experience to say the least

Get what you pay for ... the room is smaller than a typical Motel6's ... very small shower stall and equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. I paid a little less than I would have to pay at Motel6 so I am satisfied.

Was in town at the Golden1 Center for a four day event. For the location and ease of access to the major city places, it’s conveniently located. The pricing was right, and if you are in town for official business and little time to spend at the hotel save for sleeping then this place is pretty a great deal. Carry some cash. The owners (couple) very personable and responsive. Would surely return.

Nothing in this room worked. Everything was unplugged. No remote control for tv. Burns on sheets. Phone does not call front desk. Everything smelled like cigarettes.

Bathroom toilet seat broken and comes off completely. No toilet paper on the roll. No shower curtain. Hair on the bathroom floor and room needs a deep cleaning

Did the job of innkeeping well.
The hotel was excellent for the price charged. It wasn't the Waldorf but was a affordable, convenient, and welcome place to stay in a time when it seems every room in town over charges by 20 or 30 %. When lookad at with that in mind it was 5 star.

I want to formally request a refund/discount due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions in my room. I’ve taken photos documenting the issues. The condition of the room does not match what was advertised, and I’ve even been required to move equipment myself, which is unacceptable.

Bad smell, dirty, sink didn’t work, muggy room. Sketchy area and our window was shattered and only “fixed” with tape. If you use Expedia, don’t buy a protection stay plan because even if you have it they won’t offer you a refund. Staff was decent enough but overall a dirty hotel. It’s worth the extra money to go to a slightly more expensive place. It was gross to even breathe in the room

Worst place I’ve been to.
Worst hotel I have ever set foot in. The office was the size of a broom closet and felt like a dmv kiosk. The room itself smelled terrible. Like year old rotting weed. The bathroom smelled
worse!! The bed was terribly small. Idek what size it was but it was barely a full size if at all for 2 guests. The lights were terrible; barley working. I couldn’t fathom the thought of sitting on the bed let alone spending the night! There were people there chilling in their beds with the doors wide open and pile of beer cans on the floor like that was normal. Me and my partner are from run down cities and can and have dealt with run down places, we can just though it out. But we checked out no more than 3 minutes later after seeing that room! Not exaggerating.

The check-in was pleasant and the location was good, however, the room was muggy and reaked of cigarettes. The air conditioner (mounted high on the wall) never blew out cold (or even cool) air. To stay cool, I slept with a damp towel as a blanket (which definitely helped).
