Great location and view. Major damp and mould in property, bedroom smell was so strong it was quite frankly foul. Thank good we only booked for two nights. No back ground or mechancial ventilation, not sure who did last refurbishment but fundamentally design failure. Mould on tiles, window reveals in bathroom. Bed was very poor mattress gone in middle, horrible foam topper with very poor covering. Extremely uncomfortable. Very strong odours in lounge. Food crumbs under sofa cushions. Parking space very narrow. Noise from flat above, could hear every footstep. Iron face was all stained and burn marked. Very disappointing.
