The room was clean and in pristine condition. It had good lighting and a pleasant smell, particularly from the liquid soap, although I wasn’t keen on the scent of the lotion. Public transport was very convenient, with tram and bus stops just a 2-minute walk away and the central train station about a 17-minute walk. The air conditioning was adequate for my needs. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of tables and seating available. There were also many dining options nearby: McDonald’s and KFC were within a 10–12 minute walk, a Vietnamese/Japanese restaurant was only 1 minute away, and a Japanese takeaway and kebab shop were about 1.5 minutes away.

We spent two nights at the Hampton by Hilton in Dresden as a family — my wife, our 17-month-old baby, and myself — and had a wonderful stay. It all started with a warm and friendly welcome at the front desk. Every member of the staff we interacted with was exceptionally helpful and attentive — truly service-oriented. The location is excellent, close to all the main attractions, yet the hotel remains very quiet and peaceful. Our baby slept soundly through the night without being disturbed, which says a lot about the calm environment. A big thank you to the entire Hampton team for your great service and hospitality. We’ll definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Dresden!
