The hotel is on the busiest road in Chania & loud! Our room was on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the park & all the traffic driving by. The roof top pool was a whopping 4’ wide & just overlooked a city. It’s easily walkable to old town, which feels like Disney Land - overcrowded with way too many people. You’ll be up early because the fire alarm is so sensitive it goes off every time someone takes a hot shower, but the staff was beyond helpful, kind, and wonderful - the hotel & town’s only saving grace.

Outstanding hotel in every aspect. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Chania’s main attractions. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The rooftop area is spectacular and, in my opinion, offers one of the best views in the city. The pool, restaurant, and overall facilities were all excellent. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. After I accidentally left my laptop in my room following check-out, the team immediately located it and went above and beyond to help arrange its return. Special thanks to Pavlos Papadakis, Ioanna, and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. It is easy to find a beautiful hotel. It is much harder to find a team that cares this much about its guests. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Nytt hotell fra 2025. Damene som jobbet i restauranten var særdeles hjelpsomme. Frokosten var helt ok. Bassenget lite, men stort nok, da det var få som benyttet det. Rommene var rene, men maur på verandaen, så pass på at døren er lukket
