We absolutely loved staying here to celebrate our anniversary. We had the garden view room and it was large with a private outdoor jetted tub and a deck overlooking the garden. Staff was great and room was clean. Bathroom was large and had a nice rain shower. Only a 5 minute walk to the central train station. Definitely would recommend.

The hostess Carlotta was incredibly nice and very helpful. The room was nice, well-kept, decent size and enjoyable to stay in. AC worked great and TV allowed for streaming. Breakfast was simple but fine. The area was so and so but in walking distance to most things and very close to public transport (central station). Would recommend!

HrD is really unusual at the entry that is shared by other tenants tucked in a courtyard However, the location is perfect for quick access to nightlife and markets As far as I know there is not an elevator so carrying heavy bags up stairs was not be expected. Carlotta was extremely helpful for on property access, off site locations and transportation The room was very clean and well appointed

This was absolutely 10/10 stay for us. The rooms were super clean, modern, comfortable, everything that you need was provided, and the service was second to none. Carlotta was an absolute angel, answering all questions, making useful suggestions, and helping us with airport transfers. The place itself is situated very conveniently, and slightly away from all the noise and traffic. We had really quiet nights, sleep was never disturbed by anything, breakfast was great, and we would love to be back when we are next in Palermo. If this place is available for you to book, you should not hesitate.

Great apartment. Comfortable and clean rooms. Beds very comfortable. Suited our family and would definitely stay again. Close to central railway station. Just note stairs (no lift); not an issue for my family but may be for some.

The rooms are excellent and the staff is also amazing, but please keep in mind that there is not amenities here. Also location is walking distance from the historic downtown area but it’s rough at night time, you cannot go out and feel safe as there is homeless and what it appears to be little gangs (again can’t blame the hotel for this more the city which is a shame).

We had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again. Our suite was spacious, beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with everything we needed to start the day. A special thank you to Carlotta, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was that our suite was on the third floor and there was no elevator. We were aware of this when we booked, so it wasn't a surprise, and it certainly wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious, and the private hot tub along with the outdoor area were great perks. Carlotta was very kind and helped me with all my questions and concerns. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s conveniently close to both the bus and train stations. This is the perfect area to stay if you want to be right in the center of everything!

The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside.

The Manager, Michela, was absolutely wonderful and made our stay special. She made sure we had gluten free pastries each morning and she smiled through our endless requests for help. We hadnt traveled internationally in a long time and she was patient snd sweet. The rooms were very comfortable and the garden was as a nice treat. The propertyvwas just a 9 minute walk fromthe Quattro Canti so very convenient for shopping and dining

Room was lovely. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast room was cozy and beautiful. But if you like quiet, and especially if you like to keep your balcony door open for fresh air, this is not the place for you. The hotel is behind a garage door in a courtyard with residences and also serves as a parking lot. Cars and mopeds constantly coming and going, and some electrical panel for the residences buzzed constantly. Not to mention one of the neighbor’s barking dog! If noise doesn’t bother you, this is a wonderful hotel in a great location.
