Clean, quiet, comfortable with good amenities. I prefer their solution for coffee over the usual coffee maker. The quality of a pour over coffee is much better than coffee from an invariably dirty drip machine. They also have a good variety of tea. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are better than you get most places. I like the gym and that it’s walking distance to east bay. The people are nice and it’s easy to get help if needed.

Very clean and modern. One morning no breakfast was put out by 8:30 and no staff to ask about it. We called Kasa but had to go out to eat somewhere. Weird with no front desk but breakfast was the only hiccup. Price was good compared to equal hotels.

I stayed here just overnight (twice) so I didn't get to really use any amenities or anything but the place is very well kept, the rooms are spacious, comfy beds, and the staff was friendly. I also like that when they send you messages it's an actual person on the other end not just an automated system. The only issue I had was that the parking spaces are tiiiiight. I struggled getting my suitcase out of my backseat so I definitely suggest putting luggage in the trunk :)

The check in was weird. I paid extra for an early check in and got my your room is ready text. Walked into the housekeeper cleaning the room. Waited an extra 30 Min outside the room to get in. Best deal in TC! A seemingly brand-new hotel, The Vic was very clean with modern decor. Self Check-in was a breeze. Rooms are spacious (we had the King Suite) and the bed is to die for! We will definitely book here again (or maybe splurge for the Kasa Boardwalk downtown. We did some recon on that while there and it looked Amazing! Right across the street from the Thirsty Fish and a block from Front st!)
