The location couldn’t be better, right across from the Medici Palace and within walking distance of all the main galleries and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the painting on the wall added a really unique touch. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend if you want to be right in the heart of Florence.

This property was nice. Well located and great view of the Pitti palace. Close by famous Ponte Vechio. Sorrounded by restaurants. Walkable. Good price. My only suggestion is they could include a small fridge or something so the guest can store a couple of things for everyday use, like cold bottle water and such. The breakfast is included but it’s only 1 drink and a croassaint. No eggs or anything else. And the breakfast is in a place called Pitti Bar outside the property walking a few meters. My other suggestion is the bathroom: the shower is very uncomfortable to use, and there is a lot of water flooding in the bathroom when you take a shower. Also, you need to have a safe inside the room for people to store important documents, money, jewerly, etc. Grazie.

Helpful staff that accommodated our early check-in. Great location. Nice to have free breakfast (at a local cafe). You can definitely hear some street noise. No mini fridge.

Owner Luca is a gentleman, very helpful and checking regularly how everything is. We arrived late (+30€) and expected a staffed reception but there was a nice young man to let us in and that was it - practical enough. Great location (avoid the restaurants downstairs) with a view on the palace, great breakfast service at the nearby bar. Beds are fine, linnen service impeccable, wifi ok, just the toilet needed maintenance. Some cups and water was all we missed but that was solved with the nearby minimarket, who did give us some coins that were not Euros. Hot tip: go up to Trattoria Boboli for excellent dinner without pretence.

Check in process was really confusing, fully reliant on staff responding to WhatsApp messages. Breakfast was at a restaurant down the street and included coffee/water & croissant but anything else (juice instead of water, etc) was an extra charge. WiFi was spotty and slow.

Building very old. No desk to ask for help. No windows in the room.

There is no Spa. There is no staff. The room is mediocre at best.
Buffet breakfast as advertised is false. They send you to a bar down the street. You may have two plain or filled croissants. Butter and jam is extra and a small drink. Croissants are not fresh and they are not welcoming.

Room cleaning at 18:00 after several calls. No useable windows. No daylight. Breakfast is just a coffee and one bread.

2/10 Poor

This wasn't as we had expected. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly and when we complained, it made no difference. On our last night we had people come into our room three times!! Once at 9 pm., second at 11 pm.and third at 2 am. My husband and I were shocked. We reached out to the manager over whats app, and he said it was a cleaning lady! We witnessed a couple !! Anyways bad experience. I dont recommend. Sorry!!
