The Cardigan Bay Guest House
"The hotel is right on the water and the view is beautiful. The room was a very nice size, bed was comfy and the bathroom clean. Very good for the price."
Penwig Hotel
"Nice spacious room, overlooking sea front. Very clean and well equipped. Breakfast ok, good service."
The Black Lion Hotel
"Room was a bit tight but ensuite lovely - great shower! Breakfast good nice dining room"
The Black Lion Royal Hotel
"All the staff I came across had a lovely helpful attitude. The room was basic, but that was what I paid for. Every where was clean. They have added double glazing inside the sash windows so although room was on the main high street it was super quiet - had a great night's sleep. Didn't have breakfast, but did have an evening meal which was OK nothing special."
gwesTY Guest House
"The room was clean sufficient for my needs, facilities were good."
Queensbridge Hotel
"Clean basic accommodation but lovely staff and a good breakfast."
The Gwbert Hotel
"Beautiful room with an outstanding view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back."
Starling Cloud, Aberystwyth by Marston’s Inns
"This is where we always stay in Aberystwyth. It is conveniently located on the edge of town with plenty of free parking. A flat 10-15 minute walk takes you right into the centre. The hotel reception is located in the pub next door, where there is a good choice of food. Secure access to the lodge is by key card. Unfortunately there is not a lift in the lodge, but it is only 2 floors. Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped as was the bathroom. Working A/C was a bonus with our changeable weather. We have never been aware of any noise during our stays here, apart from maybe the odd door closing."
Celtic Bay Guest House
"Thanks for staying up to get me checked in. I was just there overnight."

- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could help you find a more favourable rate for your stay in a New Quay hotel. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and may sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you if the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we can suggest alternative dates that may lead to a more budget-friendly option.
- Consider your location: Staying nearer to key attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often comes with higher costs. For more affordable options, consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and ease of access to the sites you intend to visit. You might explore independent hotels located further out, which are usually more likely to be affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
