Wonderful stay to end our Christmas vacation.
Beautifully designed hotel in the Manila Bay Area. Conveniently located across from SM Mall of Asia. Was able to borrow a wheelchair upon submitting valid ID which made it easier for my senior mother to visit the mall. Staff are welcoming, warm & accommodating. Always go above & beyond to make you feel “at home”. Rooms are immaculately kept up; clean and spacious. Showers are THE BEST I’ve ever used, water pressure is amazing! Interior design and overall setup of the room is probably the best I’ve seen in any hotel (furniture custom made to fit the room, layout of room/furniture, use of furniture, set up of switches and swivel lights…brilliantly executed! Chose the À la carte option for breakfast at Brasserie on 3 and it was great! The buffet had a great selection but was just too much food for us. Love C Lounge for its ambiance and smoking area with a wonderful view. Food is also great (Wagyu Beef Sliders are our fave!). Nothing negative here, can’t wait to come back to the Conrad!

Panorama delux room has an awesome view of the bay and water side part. Outside part of glass windows should be clean regularly. Smudges of acid rain ruins the nice scenery of the bay. Overall rating for room, service and breakfast were 5 start.

Great service with a smile. The room service à la cart meal ordered at 2:00 AM in the morning (after a 1:00 AM arrival) was far above expectation for quality, presentation and timeliness. Our quality “go-to” option for any layover in Manila NAIA Airport. See you there next time.
