Hotel 116, A Coast Hotel Bellevue

Hotel 116, A Coast Hotel Bellevue

8/10 Good
"I rented two rooms for a family trip. The hotel is in a really good location overall. It is obvious that it is an older hotel, and I think it has a lot of potential. It was surprisingly nice and quiet. The only bad parts were the strong air fresheners in the halls (I think that is what it was), which my husband described as Axe Body spray, and the long line for the coffee shop that plugs up the hotel parking lot. The vanity space in the rooms were very nice to look at, but the shallow sink made it tricky to wash your hands. We didn’t use the pool or anything. The attached restaurant and coffee shop were really good. Overall, I would say it was a fine stay."

Mayflower Park Hotel

Mayflower Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The Mayflower Park Hotel was SUCH a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also SO appreciate the diverse staff - it's clear that the Mayflower Park values people from all walks of life. The hotel is well-kept and clean, including the rooms, common spaces, and the sidewalk outside. We loved that there was always ice-cold water in the lobby, and appreciated the complimentary fresh-brewed coffee in the morning to jump-start our day. Our room had two queen beds, and we loved having four pillows on each bed! The mattresses were comfortable and sheets were cozy. I think a major highlight is the incredible strip of outlets that pretty much runs the circumference of the room, right above the molding -- what a brilliant idea! Vying for outlets in my group of 3 was never a thing. The amenities were lovely, and still held onto the old charm of the hotel. Being an older hotel, the air conditioning controls are a bit dated, and we couldn't tell if the air was actually getting colder when we turned it down. Also, the door to our bathroom fit real tight into the frame, and would sometimes get stuck. Those are really the only two things that could be improved upon. That being said, I would absolutely stay here again if I return to Seattle!"

"Great location 10 minutes south of the TAC airport. Great views. Huge rooms. Nice bar/grill. The Indian restaurant smelled great, though I didn’t get to eat there. My only issue was my room didn’t have towels which I failed to notice until I was already wet and out of the shower. I managed with a washcloth, lol, that was my only towel. I was surprised the receptionist didn’t offer any service recovery when I told her about the missing towels."

"The Boyleston Hotel was perfectly located in Capitol Hill for my very quick stay. I arrived after 10 pm when the parking meters stop charging and left before they charge again, so parking was a breeze! The hotel was well lit and easy to enter with my own code. The room was immaculate and exactly what I needed with extra pillows, a fluffy comforter and a white noise machine to make sleeping in a strange place easier for me."
