My wife and I stayed at the Tuvana hotel (Suite, 1 bedroom) for three nights in April 2026. We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was large, modern, clean and had everything we needed. The best part of our stay though was the staff; they were all fantastic, friendly, helpful, professional and always available. Though located on a main street, the room was very quiet, and we never heard any traffic. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi our first day; a technician quickly came to our suite and addressed the issue. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The location was also great. We found that all the places to visit (Corniche, Al-balad, new city, etc.) are very far apart and require a car (we used Uber) to get between them. So no real advantage in staying near or in one of them as they are so far apart – Tuvana is close to the airport. One small issue was the bathroom design. The shower is completely open, so the entire bathroom was soaked every time we showered. A simple solution would be to put a glass partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. All-in-all though, a great place to stay if you are visiting Jeddah.

Great staff, clean and quiet room, good Saudi coffee at the front desk, too far from everything: hours spent each day in taxis in horrible traffic to go to Old Town, Red Sea beaches or Corniche. Only benefit of location was proximity to airport on the day I left.
