The room was very clean except for the one rug in the living area. It needed to be cleaned or replaced. There is no parking and ability to load or unload a car is limited. Location is excellent and the suite is well equipped. It is very nice that there are extra supplies available on the main floor. The staff was quick to respond to any questions. I did call ahead to ask that our room be close to other family members and was told that would happen but when we checked in we were assigned different floors. I did not find the street noise a problem. I would stay there again.

Great location and high CP value! The unit is brand new with everything you need. We had a bit of a rocky start with a wrong access code, but customer service responded right away to fix it, which I really appreciated. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough (found some hair and a dirty coffee pot), but overall it’s a comfortable, high-floor unit that I would recommend to others.

We stayed here before in a 2 bedroom and our experience was fantastic. There are many great little spots to eat near by. This time, we did not like it so much. There was a fight between 2 men not once but twice near our room- very scary to the point that we felt trapped in our room since it was between our room and the exit, and we needed to leave to get our Uber. There were dogs constantly barking. We also could not get the temp of our room to change it was set at 77 and would not adjust. The sofa bed was terrible - literally slept on springs. But it was reasonably priced. We will not be staying at this location again.

Great location, easy virtual check-in and check-out. The suite was a nice size and clean. Rooftop gives you an excellent view of the city and City Hall. You have to be aware that you are ON Broad Street so you will hear street noise, it comes with the territory however they provide ear plugs and a white noise machine if you can't handle it. We didn't find the noise bad at all, but if you aren't used to it - be aware!

This was a great place to stay while on a business trip. I didn’t spend much time in the place itself between my conference and exploring Philly, but for that purpose it was great. The location was central to so much and I could walk or take a short drive to most places. It is across from a gas station which brings its own population but otherwise felt safe within the building itself. Overall the place was nice inside. I think overall the complex and apartment could have been a little cleaner (dusty, crumbs on floor, lots of scuffs on the walls, a smell that wasn’t unpleasant but likely used to cover past animal smells). The bed was comfy and sheets all clean with extra blankets and towels if needed. I had everything I needed for a short stay. The iron was dirty with something sticky which almost ruined a nice shirt of mine but thankfully I caught it as it touched the shirt. I was able to rub out the mark and dry the shirt to press it. Having a washed dryer was a plus for sure. Correspondence was quick and attentive. Overall a good stay.

I would definitely stay at this apartment again. It was large, comfortable, well located. Easy to get in. There are luggage storage lockers on the first floor for anyone who might need that, which is also super convenient. I thought the apartment could be cleaner. Because of the relatively high security deposit (2.5 times what I paid for the room!), I probably looked more closely at things than I normally would and there were definitely some mystery drips on the wall and some hair in the bathroom that I could have done without.
