Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a little tired and needed some TLC. Room was nicely furnished and quite large with a lovely walk in wardrobe. Breakfast was limited and fruit was poor especially if you dont like melon! Super strict re bring in food and drink, i can understand bring in take-aways food, but we had a bottle of water even confiscated! And nearly an issue with dates being bought in! Water in the hotel was 2.5 x the price of shops and other than an initial bottle of water in room and coffee pods we had no refills. Location was perfect for the beach

Nice stay again I stayed one night at this hotel and I already knew it from a previous visit. It was good to come back and see that the quality is still the same The room was clean and comfortable, everything was well prepared.The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay easy and pleasant. I also went to the spa again, very relaxing and clean as always. The restaurant was good too, with tasty food and a nice atmosphere. Overall, a good experience. I would come back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff** Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I would like to recognise those who made our experience extra special. Hajar is definitely one in a million. She was very attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We were also given an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The elderly gentleman at reception who serves the tea was always smiling and very helpful. Seeing him carrying luggage, making tea and helping guests at his age was very touching. He is an example to the younger generation. May God give him a long and healthy life. The cleaning team were lovely, especially Ahmed. What touched me was that even after finishing his shift, he stayed to help another cleaner who was behind with her duties. The team worked together, smiling and laughing. Their teamwork was wonderful to see. The spa treatment was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, the area was very clean and smelled lovely. Ayub by the pool, was also very friendly. He played table tennis and supported not only my nephew but other visitors too. It was lovely to see someone who clearly enjoys his work and has a genuine smile. Jihane from the breakfast team also provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to arrange baked beans for my sister and arrange a cake for my nephew. She went over and beyond what is expected. Thank you.

Great breakfast. Cozy comfortable and spacious room with balcony. Very pleasant staff - all go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. Few minutes walk to the beach and promenade to watch the sunset. I loved the welcome drink of mint tea and cookies.

Room was lovely and clean only one small thing no towels in room had to request some at reception which arrived straight away. Buffet dinner was not very good, most food was cold and hardly any choice we did complain about it but because I signed they were not going to not charge me, but after a lot of negotiation they gave us 50% discount Most of all it's a lovely hotel

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Agadir. The place is super clean, the rooms are comfy, and the staff are honestly some of the nicest people. I always felt welcome. The location is perfect too, really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, and the pool area was a great spot to chill and enjoy the sun. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free stay, and I’d definitely come back again. Totally recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, however the hotel itself I have issues with. The steam and sauna rooms were out of order for refurbishment. The bar was also closed for refurbishment. There was no prior notice of these closures. Also, the club next door play loud music until 5am and can be heard in the rooms. I complained to Expedia about all the above, but the hotel refused any compensation and lied about the facilities being closed. Not impressed at all!!

The hotel grounds were well kept, with plenty amenities. Staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat there so can’t comment on the food. Where it fell down for us was the room. It was big, spacious and had the potential to be 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and damp with mildew on the ceiling. No aircon or heating. The toilet was leaking and the tiled floor throughout made it very cold. We could hear our neighbours talking and closing doors like they were in our room! And we were backed with the car park to some noisy cars and people coming home late at night. It does not compare to the pictures online and fell short of our expectations for a 5 star hotel stay to celebrate a birthday.

A total mixed bag! The good - the staff here are lovely, a specific shout out to the lovely man who looks after the pool and sports. He’s kind, friendly, fun and helpful to adults and engaging to kids. Location is good, it felt safe, quiet, and yet is walkable to all main amenities and if you don’t want to walk taxis are easily available The bad, which sadly outways the good- We had to change room due to balcony doors which didn’t lock (they must have known, the handle was hanging off!). We changed room and I found a massive pile of hair pulled from the plug hole and left in the side, yet I’d seen the cleaner cleaning the room The breakfast is sooooo poorly organised. There is cereal but no milk until you ask for it. It’s warm. Then you have to ask for a spoon. The hot drink machine is sporadic. Its opening times are 7-10am however you can arrive at 8.30 and no tables are laid, half the food isn’t out/ready. It felt like hard work Pool towels are ragged and frayed The pool is a real feature of the hotel, and lovely…..until it turned bright green and had floating mold in it. When I mentioned h the is to reception she twice denied it until another staff agreed with me. It wasn’t a little bit of mold/algae, it was unswimable and they started draining it! If you can stay here for a bargain, do it as rooms were nice, I’m sure the pool will be soon sorted….. but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. Too many problems. More 2 star than 5

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. It didn't start off well as what we had booked via the website wasn't what we had been given, and I had to show the booking details six times to different management/front of house staff. It wasn't a great start to the holiday. The other staff however really made up for it - specifically Medi who worked in the poolside bar and also the man who works poolside cleaning the pool and making it safe. They were both so, so friendly and nothing was too much hassle for them. The restaurant staff were great too. Once the room was sorted, we realised it was beautiful too. We didn't get shown around the hotel grounds or facilities so found a lot of things ourselves, but we didn't know there was a lounge bar until the final evening. We saw other guests getting shown around on arrival. The breakfast food was fantastic, we're vegetarian and there was enough for us - we only purchased breakfast. Pool was amazing, quiet but they provide balls, a goal and there's games near the pool too. Great location for bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend, there's an app for the hotel too

Staff at front desk were unhelpful, some of the amenities didn’t work like the AC. We were 3 grown people in a room and they give a tiny soap bar with the smallest teeny tiny shower gel and shampoo not even enough for one person. Everything is overpriced and the breakfast isn’t the best. The pool is nice and it’s only a 3-5min walk to the beach staff around the hotel were friendly enough.
