KSL Hotel & Resort
"Friendly and helpful staff. One of the rare hotels that lets you check-in if you arrive before the standard check-in time. Excellent dining options."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Johor Bahru by IHG
"Outstanding"
St. Giles Southkey
"Breakfast was good."
R&F Princess Cove by FUJU & 5mins to ClQ
"Been there a few time. My go to jb stay"
Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre
"Everything about the hotel is beyond my expectations except for a minor flaw in the short shower hose. Location wise is perfect for exploring local delicacy and needless to say, variety of amazing shops in KSL mall. Highly recommended. My booking was inclusive of good breakfast and free parking."
LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort
"Breakfast buffet - most items are cold - which is a disappointment . Rooms (themed) are very very cool and the gift in the kids safe is excellent, Shopping centre next door is handy for local food etc. Generally juts needs a bit of updating - but great for a 1 or 2 night stay"
Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre by IHG
"Just next to CIQ. Will be glad that you are so close to the customs and can just dump the bag before going to shop in KSL or Southkey. In July 2026 the City Square is undergoing renovations so there is not much to shop so take note of that. Everything should be back to normal when the new MRT station opens that links to Singapore. The hotel is modern, new and very welcoming. Did not have breakfast at the hotel but went to the old town to have my nasi lemak and hainanese coffee."
Atelier Hotel Johor Bahru
"Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings."
Impiana Hotel Senai
"everything is excellent ! "

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Senai
- Book for the cheapest times: The most budget-friendly period to visit Senai is from September to November, when hotel prices are lower. For an enriching experience, it's advisable to stay for at least 2 to 3 days, allowing ample time to explore the area's significant landmarks, cultural sites, and natural attractions. With great value for money, visitors can enjoy various activities such as relaxing in serene surroundings, engaging in recreational pursuits, dining at affordable eateries, and discovering the local history and culture. This timeframe could provide a wonderful opportunity for family-friendly excursions while enjoying the picturesque landscapes of Senai.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Senai, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals section on Hotels.com, where you may find discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. To enhance your chances of savings, consider enabling email alerts or push notifications for flash sales and special promotions. Additionally, the Smart Shopping feature in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed choices. This way, if prices drop or rooms become available, you're more likely to be the first to know and seize a last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate based on various factors, including the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could enable you to potentially save on your stay at a hotel in Senai. For those in search of distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised experience and can sometimes offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price tends to be on the higher side, we will recommend more affordable dates, making it more likely you'll save on your booking.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive; however, with Senai's outstanding public transport connections, you might discover a more affordable independent hotel located a bit further out that remains well linked. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
