Staff was very professional, rooms were small but extremely well designed, did not feel small w/generous bathroom. we were only here for 12 hours but in a young neighborhood, seemed like chinatown with mostly Asian restaurants which were a welcome change from pasta & pizza everywhere. did not see any shops but did not explore this neighborhood due to our short stay.

This is my favourite Hotel in Milano now. The rooms are beautiful and very clean but above all the people who work there make you feel welcome which is not the case anymore in some other Hotels these days. Acho que a limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhorada um pouco. O cafe da manha é excelente. Localizado ao lado de uma estação de metrô. Não é uma área bonita mas não é perigosa, mas não se comparar a áreas como Brera, mas hotel entrega o que promete. Ótimo custo / benefício.
