the place is new and nice, the staff doesnt seem to know the right hospitality process and feeling yet. the breakfast restaurant is to small for that many guests, but was variates yet traditional. spa and the service was grear, enjoying the view of the harbour logistcs what i dont understand a 4 star hotel without a gym will come back but not on full price

Brand new hotel. Very clean and modern, but Feels soulless. Not a luxury experience really, we stayed in the family room. Seems mad it has facilities to heat up food yet no plates or cutlery. The fridge is, understandably a mini bar, but it’s tiny in a huge cavity- would make more sense to have a full size fridge so you can actually use it! Could just about fit a carton of milk and some strawberries in there;l. Coffee machine only, no way to make other hot drinks. Got given odd flip flops. Everything is touch screen controls; which if you are with small children is a nightmare as they just keep pressing them all 😆

Märks att det är ett nytt hotell. Varierande service bland spapersonalen där vissa var underbara medan andra var mer som dörrvakter. Vissa saker som inte riktigt funkar tex finns inte hotelltelefon utan man ringer via en qr kod som inte når fram till receptionen. Uttag i badrummet som var löst. Kallt på hotellet. Hotellfrukosten av bra kvalitet men saknar tex pannkakor el liknande. Fint spa med pool men finns inget område på hotellet för barn. Mycket trevlig städpersonal och managern får 10/10 poäng.
