Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. Self laundry was in the back. I will definitely stay here again in the future on my next trip to Japan. Would have stayed longer but they had no avaliable rooms for another 3 days so had to go to another hotel.

The location of this hotel is superb, it is located In a few minutes walk from two subway stations. We also didn’t have any problems to find the dining options for us. The room itself was clean, but amenities are outdated. The AC was set to the heat only and there was no option to set it to a cool or a fan. The hotel has an option to buy a breakfast, which is a buffet. We gave it a try, but regretted it. It was better to find yummy food in outside restaurants for less money. The staff was friendly.

Great value for price, kind staff, and wifi. Short walking distance to The University of Tokyo, walkable to Ueno and the area nearby. No mineral water inside, so don't forget to buy one in your way in after drinking (there is a vending machine just in front of the hotel).
