The check in process was VERY smooth. Great communication! The condo complex is not a new one, but it's in good condition. Loved the different pools and the proximity of the beach. The location is VERY convenient. Comfortable beds. We LOVED the Sugar Shack snack bar. This is our third visit to Sugar Beach!
