The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not use a travel agent at all for our tours, airport transfers, and other transfers, we requested everything from the hotel and everything was handled perfectly.
On the tour, we had a guide who could speak Japanese even though we didn't request it, probably because the hotel staff knew we were Japanese. We have children and they were very helpful and happy.
Both the tour guide and driver were very attentive to our various requests and were wonderful to deal with.
The staff at the restaurant was very cheerful and the service was excellent. We were a little hungry during our stay and when we tried to find a bakery, they offered us some bread.
The price of hotel was reasonable and their services were excellent.
