I thought this hotel was wonderful. Safe gated place. Breakfast buffet was amazing. It had a lot of variety and tasty food. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property was good, everyone who-worked there was nice, helpful and Courteous, the complementary breakfast buffet was very good, the other restaurants in the building were excellent. Disgraceful for a Golden Tulip
For a Golden Tulip hotel, this stay has been a huge disappointment. Although the staff have all been very good this hotel is in a very tired state and in desperate need of refurbishment. Lifts were not working throughout our stay so we were initially required to climb 2 or three flights of stairs with all our luggage from the basement parking. To access our room we were also required to use a flight of stairs to an alternative lift. Water being turned off with no notice for hours, then switched on briefly before being cut again, with no notice. Disgraceful for a Golden Tulip property. I will need a lot of convincing to come back
