Problemas com atendimento Reposição de copos no quarto, precisei ir até a recepção para buscar depois de 40 minutos e fiquei esperando na recepção mais 20 minutos para conseguir os copos de água e wiskie Negativa para colocar mais uma cadeira na varanda do quarto, alegando que o hotel estava cheio o que era uma inverdade, funcionários informaram que ocupação em razão do tempo estava em aproximadamente 30 quartos è fotografei essa ocupação!
