The interactions we had with multiple employees for terrible. They were rude and made us feel like the questions we asked should’ve been common knowledge even though we’ve never stayed there before and we’re looking for good recommendations. One of these employees worked at the check-in center and the other worked in the valet center. On top of that we had a dirty room. The sheets were not cleaned. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and soap was all over the shower floor because it just kept leaking. The elevator lobby (At least on the 18th floor) reeked of mold, and had light fixtures continuously strobing. The casino portion was very clean and sober the public bathrooms, but the rooms were absolutely not worth the money. Not happy with our stay here. I had a cleaner room at El Cortez on Fremont than I did here. We won’t be back to the LINQ.

6/10 Good

Not the greatest. Pay less get less.
Pros: Location, middle of Vegas strip. Good restaurants including Linq Promenade. Good casino. Cons: Old rooms, out of date. Scuffs on wall in room, piece of glass on floor, dirty room. Elevators in bad location, poor check-in process. Dimly lit hotel hallways.

2/10 Poor

Horrible hotel. Will never stay there again
This hotel was horrible . Floors were broken , carpet was torn . Tables in room broken . There was no body wash or hand soap on the bathroom dispense when we tried to use it . Towels were old and torn . For the price we paid it was disgusting , there was a small window in room that opened into their own complex with dirty view . It was a dark dingy room . No one was there on reception to check in , we had to do automated check in via kiosks , also when I called first services no one answered the phone , it was just automated phone line . In total , I would never recommend anyone to stay there . It is not worth it . It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Vegas at.

Great location.
The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the strip. It’s a simple hotel, nothing fancy. The room was decent. No view, no microwave, no coffee maker. The bed wasn’t that comfortable but not the worst. The hotel was under construction so it wasn’t all put together but a decent stay.

2/10 Poor

Disappointed first timer
Save your money and go somewhere else. We booked a deluxe room with 2 double beds. We went to check in and the lady walked away for her break and left us standing there. Didn’t call a new associate over and didn’t tell the agent next to her about her break time. I had to alert the staff I was skipped multiple times and was still just left waiting for more than 15 minutes for someone to call us over. Finally got a new person to check us in and they told us our reservation wasn’t available. We had three people staying in the room. They gave us an “upgrade” to a one king bed room. One of us had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights. We requested a cot or pull out bed and extra blankets. They told us they didn’t have cots or a pull out as it was a fire hazard and instead of blankets gave us 2 sheets. They are a joke of a hotel. When we told the front desk about what happened. Their compensation was a $20 beverage credit you can’t use at any of the places in the hotel. I will never book at this hotel again and am very dissatisfied with my first ever experience with this hotel.

No personal service.
No personal service. You check in with a machine and the person there to assist speaks poor English. He said early check-in was $15. It turned out to be $17.50. He said parking was free for guests for 24 hours as long as you leave the car in the parking garage. He said every time you come and go you’ll be charged $18. Again not true. You will pay $18 for the night no matter what. The security deadbolt on our room was broken. Vegas is just one huge scam and they try to ring every dollar out of you they can. Bring your own water if you don’t want to pay seven dollars for a small bottle. Guest service is a chat bot.
