Beautiful buildings and grounds, amazing food. January 2021 the staff out numbered the guests at every restaurant and at the pools. So, service was outstanding. Sanitizing taken very seriously, from wiping down our shoes at the front door to our hands at every desk and restaurant and elevator. Felt very safe the entire time.. eat at the Italian restaurant Gondola!!!

The main lobby of the hotel is beautiful the rooms are OK. There are other hotels that cost less in Jamaica that have better amenities in the room. Also the staff treats white people and accommodate them more than other races and ethnicities at the hotel which is discrimination. For the priceIt’s overrated. The jerk chicken hut is good but the rest of the food is mediocre

Hotel was pretty although it’s COVID they still did the proper protocol. However, for such a nice hotel you would think that the hotel will cater to vegetarian people sadly don’t. I would suggest more of a shrimp selection or even steamed fish option. Or even give at least more of a bigger menu. The Mac & cheese they had was so gross. Highly recommend The Alfredo mixed with the salmon. My husband was upset on how fast the food got cold when arriving to the room. Over all the staff were great maybe will book with Sandals instead next time heard they have a lobster with there all inclusive.

The trip to Moon Palace was excellent overall , we enjoyed the food offerings , the restaurants were great, the bars were great and we loved the service front entering to when left, they showed they cared and for that we were grateful. The vibe was fun and the energy was real .. hassle free and premium facilities. We are looking forward to another visit and also Cancun!!

It was a terrible experience Extremely poor management especially in the transportation department. They literally stole $216 from me for transportation. I called for transportation at the airport and I cancelled it 5minutes later (literally), the person we spoke to said okay and they still charged the money to my room and wouldn’t take it off. Although Package says transportation included, it’s a lie. So many other things happened. Book at your own risk because I’ve been to many resorts and never got treated this way especially at 5star hotels. Good luck
