Our room was not ready when we arrived. First day the room was not cleaned! I had to go to the reception and complaint! The TV never function, the Iron was damaged and we were not able to use it. First day bath towels were very, very, old. They were not white, they were gray. They did not explain that one of the card to enter the room is also used for the electricity in the room! There was a lot of people outside the rooms, with music and drinking late at night, bed sheets were not clean. I complained about all that staff. We had a reservation for 3 persons, and breakfast is included, the first day they only gave me 2 tickets for breakfast. I complained at the restaurant cashier and she was able to fix the problem.

I really liked the set up of the hotel. The rooms/villas were set around a garden area, so we were able to park our car right outside of our room. There was always staff watching who came in and out of the premises. Our room was more like a studio. The staff was very friendly and if there was a problem with anything they would promptly take care of it. We loved the location of the Hotel because things were close by like visiting the center part of the city. When I visit Aguascalientes again I am definitely going to stay at Hotel Medrano.

Fix the showers!
I just love this hotel, location, it's within walking distance to center plaza, the cathedral and many other nice places.........My God if they would only repair the showers, the shower heads and make taking a shower a pleasant experience....my God everything would perfecto!!!

We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights our AC in the room never worked, I reported it several times and supposedly they fixed it with the same result. You could barely open the window for the breeze to come in, it was so hot I could barely sleep. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked which I did not believe. I wish they would have responded better to my complaints, I’m pretty understanding but I expect bare minimum.

Tuve una mala experiencia ya que me dieron una habitación en donde ya tenía huespedes, me ofrecieron otra con un fuerte olor a cigarro, donde al día siguiente me cambiaron y en la siguiente habitación se la ofrecieron a otro huésped y me abrió la puerta, realmente ele hotel es bonito pero la administración deja mucho que desear. En la aplicación marcaba desayuno y llegando me dijeron que ya no aplicaba

Muy agradable estancia en una habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Personal muy amable siempre con actitud de servicio.
