Very small room, no water available and all very inconvenient. The in is okay but far from what we expected, unfortunately. Staff service was ok, getring a normal coffee not possible and the breakfast ok. Giving all clients a one hour slot for breakfast is really weird. In a nutshell, i would rate this place average, at most.

The enthusiastic staff went above and beyond the evening we arrived to make sure we felt comfortable and the included breakfast options were delicious! I found the bed quite comfortable. The sitting room is so cute and the communal fridge and option to cook for ourselves was also very much appreciated. A true b&b.

Great property right in the centre of Victoria, exactly where you’d want to be as a visitor. Everything is within walking distance of the house. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The common living room had a TV and there were glasses for your own drinks. Breakfast from 08:30 to 09:30 can be outside on the patio or inside and was very good with muffins to start and then a choice of eggs, pancakes, bagel or cereals, all with some fresh fruit, tea & coffee. No tea or coffee making facilities in your room but a large communal kitchen downstairs allows you to make coffe and hot drinks. There was parking at the rear of the property but not guaranteed, but we had a space all weekend. A wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Victoria and surrounding areas and want a nice, comfy, cosy and unique experience.
