Das Zimmer ist ok, das Mobiliar trifft nicht meinen Geschmack. Die Dusche ist zum Hochsteigen und leider hat es EINIGE unappetitliche Schimmelflecken. Das darf nicht sein. Ansonsten eher spartanisch und farblos, nicht mal ein Bild an den Wänden.

Vier Sterne mit Abstrich
Zum einen bekamen wir gleich zur Ankunft die Mitteilung, dass es am Neujahrstag nur bis 10 Uhr Frühstück gibt, was wir ein Unding fanden. Die Begründung war, dass es ab dann einen Brunch gebe, an dem die Hotelgäste selbstverständlich gegen Bezahlung teilnehmen könnten. Wir fanden das für 4* -Haus zweitklassig, kann man doch gegen Bezahlung fast alles bekommen. Dann kam hinzu, dass der Fahrstuhl defekt uns nicht nutzbar war. Und zu guter letzt war das Zimmer zwar großzügig, aber sehr spartanisch ausgestattet beziehungsweise eingerichtet, da geht sicher mehr!!! Und der Föhn im Bad, das übrigens null Ablageflächen für eigene Utensilien hatte, war auch nicht in Ordnung, da fehlte die Sicherheitskappe.

Wir haben 3 Mitarbeiter an der Reception kennengelernt. 2 davon waren äußerst freundlich, während die dritte Mitarbeiterin das Gefühl vermittelte, dass wir unerwünscht sind. Bei der Abreise zum Beispiel funktionierte unsere Ausfahrtkarte nicht, woraufhin die besagte Person uns unfreundlich sagte, wir hätten nicht die von ihr ausgehändigte Hotelkarte zur Ausfahrt benutzt. Was nicht stimmte. Schade.

Die Ankunft war gut, der Empfang großzügig, aufgeräumt und nette Rezeption mit leichtem sprachlichen Defiziten. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, mit über 50 m², sehr sauber. Das Bad war großräumig. Leider waren die Betten etwas durchgelegen. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber zufrieden.
