Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
If I could give the hotel just a big fat zero I would. Their customer service is deplorable unacceptable and nonexistent. Due to an airline situation we were not able to go to Florida and I was unable to cancel until the morning of my arrival. They charged me full seven nights stay when the hotel was completely surrounded in scaffolding and I canceled 24 hours late. I begged for a refund I emailed got no response begged some more and then they threatened me that if I didn't stop emailing I would never get a refund. Guess what I did not get even one night's refund of my seven nights. I have stayed in this hotel at least five times before and I used to love it. And I am quite certain that the renovation whenever it's finished and whenever they decide to tell you about it, it will be lovely. But they don't care about their customers and they refuse to work with you and I would never stay here again ever
