Everything about the hotel was good. I know that the hotel is not in control of the valet parking service, but they may want to reconsider the contractor. I sent notice to the valet before checkout, however, it took an hour for me to get my car. My goal was to get way ahead of rush-hour traffic, but did not happen.

Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check-in. That's the first time that has happened for me there me. It was only a brief stay but I keep staying there because the rooms are good and the beds have been amazingly comfortable for me. I've had 14 spine surgeries to date so not only is that important, but usually difficult to find.
