Check in process is strange. Automated checkin machines are available but are only useable after checking in manually with the counter. This means the machines have extended the checkin process not made it more efficient. The hotel was just a 5-minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes to Sogo. Our 3 single-bed room was very clean with many electrical outlets (no need to fight over or ration charging time of devices!). Bathroom was spacious with separate full-sized deep bathtub and generously-spaced shower areas! Full amenities in the room. The room was very well insulated, almost like a cocoon! We didn’t hear our neighbours at all! Super important for light sleepers! Only niggle (but not a major one) was the breakfast spread. We stayed for 7 nights in total and faced almost the same variety of choices every day. Could do with a little more differentiation every few days. To be fair, the quality of dishes was good. We were so impressed with our stay that we will be looking at Daiwa hotels on our next trip!
