A wonderful stay in the middle of Chania. Place is beautiful, great staff, rooms. Breakfast was ok. Only minus is because it is an old town you have to park far from the hotel and walk with your luggage, which was inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay. Staff were so helpful and we loved being in the old port. The beds were comfy and they had everything we needed and then some. We had a rental car and they were very helpful directing us to the areas we could park in outside the port. There are so many great restaurants around the hotel. Completely walkable. Amazing view from our room. Getting to the hotel with our bags was a little challenging since this hotel is in the harbour where cars are not allowed; but if you find parking near one of the options they send, you will just walk like 5-7 minutes. But, I will say it was totally worth it. The Venetian Harbour is so unique, you have to stay in it and explore every little street. We enjoyed our stay!

Had a brilliant stay. The location is perfect, staff are lovely and extremely helpful, room was impeccable, breakfast was excellent. There's a bit of noise from the waterfront as you would expect, but the windows are surprisingly soundproof. We hired a car via the hotel's contact and that was also very easy and competitively priced.
