Comfortable stay, improvement in service needed
The interior is much better than the building gives as assumption. The rooms were mostly modern. The breakfast was better than Eastern German rural standards. The description were available in English. But: the arrival and service was a chaos. There was nobody there and nothing prepared despite of the notice to fill in a form and pick the keys by ourselves. After calling and waiting for 15min a person showed up that told us there is neither a booking of us nor a payment taken (we booked a day in advance, so it's reasonable). We showed the confirmation of booking and payment taken from hotels.com and luckily got the keys. The hotel is clarifying. I hope the hotel improves its communication to hotels.com. Furthermore the heating didn't work sufficiently and it remained cold. The one in the bath room worked fine.

Von Aussen Rustikel aber schön gelegen.
Ehemalige Schule umgestaltet zum Hotel. Der erste Eindruck war oh je. Bilder weichen vom ist Zustand ab. Aber dennoch ein Tolles Hotel . Zimmer schön Sauber das Bad Top . Das Frühstücks Buffet ist sehr reichlich. Schon sehr viel . Wir waren zufrieden und meiner Tochter hat es auch gefallen.

Eine ehemalige Schule wurde als Hotel umgebaut. Wir waren 2 Nächte da. Frühstück war gut. Die Inkontinenz Einlagen, in den Betten, haben geknistert und waren sehr kühl. Meine Frau hat sich dadurch erkältet.

Besuch im Spreewald
von aussen sieht die alte Schule noch sehr sanierungsbedürftig aus jedoch sind die Zimmer ganz schön erstellt und zweckmässig sowie sehr sauber. die kleine Bar draussen ist ebenfalls sehr hübsch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Frühstück war gut.

Eine ehemalige Schule im Umbau zu einem Hotel
Eine zum Hotel umfunktionierte alte Schule empfing mich. Wie ich erfuhr, steht die Aussenfassade unter Denkmalschutz und darf noch nicht einmal neu gestrichen werden. Sieht halt deshalb so aus wie die meisten Häuser in der ehemaligen DDR. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte sich kaum darin umdrehen. Das Bett war ok, ist aber für 2 Personen zu schmal. Das Bad mit Dusche ist ausreichend und in neuem Zustand.

Wurden verkehrt eingebucht im Hotel
Wir kamen an im Hotel und die Rezeption war nicht besetzt und mussten deswegen erst noch 15 minuten warten vor geschlossener Tür im Regen. Zu allen übel wurden wir denn noch statt zum 01.März auf den 01.Mai eingebucht und hatten dementsprechend kein Hotelzimmer bekommen da eine Bedinstete nicht richtig das Datum lesen konnte anscheinend. Wir mussten uns dann halt ein anderes Hotel suchen in der Nähe und das um 18uhr das stellt sich dementschrechend schwierig an aber hat ja zum glück geklappt.

Wir haben das Hotel zur Übernachtung nach langer Autofahrt genutzt. Freundliches Personal, großes sauberes Zimmer. Gut gefüllte Minibar mit wirklich angemessenen Preisen. Das Frühstück war TOP, da sollte jeder satt werden.

Für uns war das Hotel der Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Umlands. Nach einem Besuch des historischen Zentrums in Luckau, haben wir an Tag 2 nach reichhaltigem Frühstück die Niederlausitz erkundet.

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir haben eine Woche lang den Spreewald und die Lausitz erkundet.Dafür ist das Hotel ein guter ruhig gelegener Ausgangspunkt. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber alles ist neu und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich, Infos liegen bereit. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und es wurde immer frisch nachgelegt. Am Haus kann man abends sitzen und auch Kleinigkeiten essen, sonst muss man ins 4km entfernte Luckau, das uns als Kleinstadt sehr gut gefallen hat.

Helt nyt ude på landet.
Hotellet er helt nyt og stadig under opførelse. Værelset var lidt for lille. der er ikke plads til at komme rund om sengen uden at ramme væg eller andet. Værtsparret er flinke og gør hvad de kan for at gøre det hyggeligt. Det er kun charmerende at de er helt nye i faget.
