Stayed for 6 nights. The room was ok, but a little worn. The tv didnt work and the repairman attended and replaced the unit. The amenties were good and everything was fairly clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. Our main disappointment came with items from our room being removed by cleaning staff (my husband's swim shorts, nike tshirt and other clothing) while we were out. I notified the front desk immediately and was told a report would be completed but I did not hear back. Nor did we have our items returned to us.

Awsome place for kids and adults!
If you want to stay at a Christian Disney friendly resort, this is the place!! There is so.much for kids to enjoy on property for all ages The guest service people are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are so fun. The free breakfast my kids loved and they had a character there occasionally at breakfast time. The lobby was beautiful and clean. They just opened a Starbucks there but unfortunately didn't take cash or gift cards which we had. They offer free shuttle to and from theme parks. Oys located conveniently next to dollar tree, restaurants and even souvenir shops in walkimg distance.

Amazing amenities for a family stay
Wonderful play area, especially for infants and toddlers, which is rare. Pool area is very clean and well laid out with lots of comfortable seating. Rooms are recently renovated and spacious. Highly recommend for family with very young kids

Fantastic for families , great price!
Great place for kids, staff were all kind and friendly, breakfast buffet had a bigger variety then most places. Pool was heated., playground, kids areas were awesome, i loved the faith based quotes in parking lot, i was truely impressed for the price. The owners took an older hotel and revamped it thoroughly and its great!!! I would stay there again for sure. Just needs a better sign from the road . Amanda

Decent stay, would like to try again!
I had booked an elite room (1 king bed, 1 sofa bed). Upon arrival, we were placed in the wrong room; the room with 2 queen beds. Front desk informed me that they didn't have any elite rooms available, so we settled for what we got. The next morning they offered to move us, but at that point we were unpacked and settled and busy with park days that we just stayed. They don't administer refunds under any circumstances either, so it was a bit inconveniencing. However, the comfort, cleanliness, and modernness of the room was very nice. I believe it was just a simple mistake and would like to try again sometime.

For kids, this hotel is best but room cleaning is not daily...Only trash removal is there on daily basis. Room cleaning is every after 3 days which is the only drawback.

Kid Friendly Hotel
I had a one-night stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. However, I did notice they don’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but there’s a Dollar Tree store just a short walk away where I could grab them. Breakfast was another highlight—there was a good variety, and I especially loved the Mickey waffles; they’re adorable and tasty! If you’re planning to eat, try to get there early as it does get crowded as the morning goes on. The room itself was nice, though I did spot a small stain on the bed sheets, which appeared to be blood. It wasn’t too bad, but it was noticeable. One downside I couldn’t ignore was the water; it had a strong smell, which I could notice both when brushing my teeth and showering. The free parking was definitely a plus and made things much easier. Despite those small issues, the hotel is very kid-friendly, and it seems perfect for families. The overall atmosphere is great, and I would definitely consider staying here again for a short visit.
